The Paradox of Control
In psychology, trying to control the uncontrollable is known as "misapplied control." Life can throw challenges at you, even if you have a job, a lease, a mortgage, or a family.
Don't spend your days aimlessly seeking more security. Instead, have the courage to face the unknown for a greater purpose. The goal is to confront uncertainty without any control tactics.
This requires facing our fears, not running away from them.
