3 Droplets of Leadership
The Paradox of Control
In psychology, trying to control the uncontrollable is known as "misapplied control." Life can throw challenges at you, even if you have a job, a lease, a mortgage, or a family.
Don't spend your days aimlessly seeking more security. Instead, have the courage to face the unknown for a greater purpose. The goal is to confront uncertainty without any control tactics.
This requires facing our fears, not running away from them.

Why Humans Can't Trust AI
Trust is based on consistency. It relies on your skill to foresee others' actions. When someone you trust acts unexpectedly, your trust in them lessens.
How can you trust something as unpredictable as AI if you don't fully understand it?
Stop Calling Them Soft
Almost every job listing nowadays highlights the need for "soft skills."
The term "soft skills" has its roots in the 1960s US military.
Back then, it referred to any skill that didn't involve operating machinery.
It may be time to get past this definition, considering how important communication, interpersonal skills, or emotional IQ is now considered.
