This week we learn about doing over talking, team health checks, and ending the work day. As well as keeping your plants alive and finding your next favorite book.

Let's get going!

3 Droplets of Leadership

We Need Less Professing and More Doing

Trust loss stops the flow of knowledge. When knowledge can't flow, trust disappears. This issue occurs in organizations and now affects society. Trust networks hold society together. The Doers, Connectors, and Catalysts make this possible. They are the glue that keeps everything intact.

Getting More From Your Team Health Checks

A squad health check differs from a regular retrospective. Instead of reflecting on a recent period, it can reveal more systemic improvement areas for a team over a longer time. A vital benefit of the team health check is its ability to shift the team's communication habits. Teams often handle health check discussions like any other conversation or meeting. If they rush to action or go in circles, that pattern may appear during the health check. But, by aiding them to communicate differently, you can foster a space for vulnerability and empathy among team members. We believe this could be the most beneficial result of a team health check. It can build trust levels that can, in turn, make the team more effective and high-performing daily.

How to Know When to End Your Workday

Office rules and peer pressure shape your actions. You avoid coming late or leaving early to escape judgment from your coworkers. Not following the office schedule could also lead to your dismissal. Check it out.

Keep Your Plants Alive

Get a personalized care plan for your plants. This includes reminders, advice, easy-to-follow guides, and a light meter. You can also identify your plants.

1 Atom of Reflection

Last week I attended a retreat with forty designers, trainers, developers, and entrepreneurs. It was super refreshing and a lot of fun. If you can disconnect from the day-to-day and meet other bright minds to exchange ideas and reflect on how things work, don't miss the opportunity!
