I began this newsletter almost two years ago. Since then, I have experienced considerable changes in my personal and professional life, so I wanted to send you this special edition with a few updates.
Moving house and having a second son were significant life changes, and this newsletter, which began as an experiment, has become a crucial part of my professional growth.
After two decades of experience in the tech industry, encompassing roles such as software engineer, marketer, growth engineer, engineering manager, and director of product engineering, I am now taking the initiative to create a comprehensive program for effective managers called “The Leadership Dojo.”
The Leadership Dojo
This cohort-based leadership development program is designed to allow participants to practice their skills and build a supportive community of fellow leaders.
Over three months, participants meet every second week to practice leadership skills and build a supportive community of fellow leaders from different industries, countries, backgrounds, and experiences.
